North Main Pharmacy is a locally-owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing outstanding customer service at an affordable price. Tim Matthews has been practicing pharmacy in Mount Airy for over 35 years. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill, where he graduated from with his Pharm. D. in 1983. Tim is also certified in immunizations, MTM therapy and hypertension management.
In 2019, Tim had the opportunity to open North Main Pharmacy at 901 N. Main Street. This location is a full-service pharmacy. The North Main team is dedicated to offering patients the personalized service they deserve, as well as, complete line of over-the-counter products, wellness classes, medication reviews, and much more.

Tim Matthews
Pharmacist and Owner
Tim Matthews has been practicing pharmacy in Mount Airy for over 35 years. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill and graduated in 1983. Tim is also certified in immunizations, MTM therapy and hypertension management.

Kelly Hull, PharmD
Pharmacist
Kelly Hull, PharmD, has been with our pharmacy for over 3 years. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2001. She also has a BA in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Carolina. Kelly is married to Andy and has two daughters Cassidy and Claire. She also teaches the pharmacy technician class at Surry Community College.
Chloe Rozier
Pharmacy Technician
Chloe Rozier has been a part of the North Main Pharmacy Team for almost two years. Chloe is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and our lead tech. “I am glad to have the opportunity to work with an amazing group of people and love seeing customers smile.”
Madison Freeman
Pharmacy Technician
Madison is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and has recently joined the team at North Main. Madison graduated from Surry Central High School and completed the Pharmacy Technician class at Surry Community College in 2022. “I enjoy being able to help people in my community and ensuring they get and take their medications properly.”
Abby Robinson
Pharmacy Technician
Abigail Robinson took the Pharmacy Certification class at surry community college. Shortly after she graduated from Mount Airy High school in 2022. She hopes to enroll in the medical billing program. “Getting to know our customers is the highlight of my day.”
Kadie Fulk
Pharmacy Technician
Kadie is a Pharmacy Technician and has been a part of our team for almost a year now. Kadie graduated from North Surry High School in 2022 and is currently completing the Pharmacy Technician course at Surry Community College to become certified. “I enjoy interacting and getting to know all the patients that come through.”
