North Main Pharmacy is a locally-owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing outstanding customer service at an affordable price. Tim Matthews has been practicing pharmacy in Mount Airy for over 40 years. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 1983. Tim is also certified in immunizations, MTM therapy and hypertension management.

In 2019, Tim had the opportunity to open North Main Pharmacy at 901 N. Main Street. This location is a full-service pharmacy. The North Main team is dedicated to offering patients the personalized service they deserve, as well as, complete line of over-the-counter products, wellness classes, medication reviews, and much more.
